the last few days

the last few days i've just been working mostly, i play video games and sometimes chill with L and R. other than that i get lit and sometimes walk around aimlessly or ride my bike. i read when i'm feeling it. right now i'm going to finish lolita before i finish hocus pocus and a time travel book nancy got me. i'm also going to read a people's history of u.s., for my home reading, it is thick.
last night i watched the prisoner after hanging out with l and r. it was good but too straightforward.
earlier today at work one of the girls who works there asked me if i had had a good weekend, if i'd done anything exciting. i just sort of laughed, and tried not to be too self depricating. i'm glad i get to eat free at work, it saves much money. the weather has been not too hot lately for which i am thankful. i have trouble going to sleep sometimes but i figure if i deprive myself of sleep for a day, i'll be set right back into going to bed at like 1 or 2. not 4 or 5. i bought a few records the other day, from the 99 cent bin at reckless records. a couple or okay. the others are frisbee useful only. dad's real estate letter is funny, to think i never knew the methods of his pre- escrowage. ]
i tried to register for college last week on thursday, but harold washington college is closed until wednesday this week. so i've still gotta do that. i was thinking about applying at uic, but their registering period ended in March.
