The television hurts badly after a while.
i didn't have to work tonight. i went to work, but wasn't supposed to. i watched a band today in a record shoppe. i rode my bike. it was hot on the bike. i'm glad for the coming up upcoming trip.
yesterday was the intonation festival. there was music there. there were many people there. some of them stood while others sat. some under woods and some with small bats. there was a small assortment of friends and acquaintances. pretty girls. neglected ones were dancing. fun; on some side of a world. me and Ann went into a large church yesterday morning. she needed to piss. but the moment we were in there we were jovially smiled upon and talked and ushered up large red stairs into a two story, circular sanctuary. there was a skeletal amount of people spread as the congregation. a musical woman who couldn't sing gospel was unfortunately hooked up to the P A system. then a long prayer. a mumbled mass song we then left to go down the stairs and to find the bathroom.
after the day the numbers of people bulged around the train entrances. they had let the crowds go through free the night before. but not this time. two people were initiating all the fare sales and making sure no one was leaping over the turning barriers. i waited until one of them looked away and, while the other was involved in a sale, i briskly jumped over a turnstyle. 6 steps and i thought i had passed by undetected. i heard a harsh shout, "hey! you have to pay for the fare!" i ducked a couple of inches down and was lost amongst the others crowding the platform.
two dollars saved.
incidently, today i bought an icee (an artificially flavored slushy drink) for $2.25.
i'm supposedly to receive my alternate, inane corporate new phone in the post tomorrow. it records images.
nextly, i work through friday. not saturday, which i have off. a nicely placed oppurtunity to pack for my sun day's trip.
