October Two Thousand Six
i've been laying lower for the past couple weeks. people have been busy and i haven't been too much. i've been staying up later lately too. i enjoy having the internet. i got two free coffees in two days from two different people. it made me feel nice, again.
Matt Duthie was blacked out friday night when he (with no ill will intended) knocked me over and landed on top of me, and me on top of my bike. it didn't hurt and i fell without resistance, but my pinky was bleeding, lots of layers of skin removed on one side of it. i don't really know how it happened but something did obviously. it didn't hurt too badly. i had enjoyed a bottle of wine earlier, but i didn't think i was very drunk at the time. but then after we went and bandaged my pinky up, i fell asleep pretty quickly/passed out, so who knows, i may have been a bit tipsy.
so hopefully i'll be able to muster up some toughness for my piano class later today. the pinky is still pretty sensitive to the touch. i'm not using it to type.
i just went and applied for a credit card at chase. a student one. it is better supposedly. i need to establish some cred history.
i bought a new snowboard the other day, i'm pretty pumped, it is lovely. a "forum raider" for us plus-sized boys. it looks good too.
the little golden leaves on a lot of flagstaff's trees are now covering the city's sidewalks, swirling about in the winds.
the autumn months.
it was nice hanging with leah and richard and daden in phx. the night before, i forgot that i was going anywhere the next day. so i didn't set my alarm on purpose. so was like and hour late, which wasn't too fucked. i got a good suit too. soft apricot in color, good bells.
last night me and mary jessica were down in the garage music room. playing xylophones and guitars (and drums for a second but i'm still working on those) and a guitar uke. eric came and got some of the measurments of the closet, he and cate might move into the downstairs room.at the end of october. hopefully that'll work out well.
Taz Mania, a game I used to play on sega, is difficult. now, just as i remembered it to be. aladdin on sega isn't as good as aladdin on Super Nintendo. the sega one is too short and easy.
i used longhand multiplication for an answer to a salary question on the credcard application. i haven't forgotten how to do that yet. i felt useful and accomplished.
